Medicare Annual Wellness Visits
- MHMG has a new program.
- We will be offering an Annual Wellness Visit which includes a Personalized Prevention Plan.
- This service is free to all of our Eligible Medicare Patients.
- MHMG is promoting wellness.
- This is not a physical by your doctor.
- This is a means for you to establish individual wellness goals with one of our healthcare professionals with a Personalized Prevention Plan approved by Medicare.
