Spyros Panos, MD, FACSM David Stamer, MD, FAAOS, FACS About Sports Medicine: Dr. Spyros Panos is Board Certified and provides comprehensive care at our Hopewell Junction and Fishkill locations. Dr. Panos performs surgical procedures at Vassar Brothers Medical Center and St. Francis Hospital. His subspecialty is Sports Medicine. Dr. Stamer, FAAOS, FACS, is board certified and has 15 years experience in arthroscopy, joint replacement, trauma surgery, and sports medicine. He is affiliated with several of the area schools and sports programs.
