Driving Directions:

Take Route 9 North approximately 12 miles to the Columbia Street/ Rinaldi Blvd exit. Take the exit on the right and follow to the stop sign at the top of the hill. Turn left onto Columbia Street and proceed across the overpass to the stop sign. Turn right onto Pine Street Spur and follow to the bottom of the hill and make a second right. Follow Pine Street approximately 100 yards and 64 Pine Street/ LifeCare will be on your left.
